The championship will feature a $50,000,000 guarantee, over 700 Medal Events, and a $3,000,000 guaranteed Main Event. Added value through leaderboards will also be a part of the GOPC, with more details expected to be announced soon.
Following the Global Online Poker Championship, CoinPoker will have paid more than $133,000,000 in tournament prizes across its major 2026 series, including World Poker Masters and Battle of Malta Online.
Designed to be available to players regardless of location, the GOPC introduces three regional tournament schedules anchored to primetime in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
Core events will also be available across three buy-in tiers, giving players at different bankroll levels the opportunity to compete throughout the series.
“The Global Online Poker Championship was built to be our biggest tournament series, but also, our most accessible to the world’s players,” a CoinPoker spokesperson confirmed. “Three regional schedules and three buy-in tiers mean more players can compete during their local primetime, at whatever stakes suit them.”
Looking forward to some tourneys aimed at the Asia/Pacific region, no more waking up at 2:30am and staying up until 1pm for me... for a month https://t.co/cNRJ7fXOVi

As Bencb announced the series, fellow CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosböck predicted on Twitter that the GOPC will be “the hands down best Online Poker Series experience.”
CoinPoker will also launch the 3-Bet Club ahead of the GOPC on August 17th. The premium membership gives subscribers access to exclusive features and benefits, including tournament discounts.
Three Main Events Headline the Championship
The GOPC schedule is led by three Main Events designed for different bankrolls.
The $530 Main Event - $3,000,000 GTD
The $530 Main Event is the flagship tournament of the Global Online Poker Championship, awarding Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, and the series’ largest guaranteed prize pool of $3,000,000.
Day 1 flights will be scheduled mostly on Sundays, with certain days running three separate flights to increase options for players.
Day 2 of the $530 Main Event runs on September 28th at 17:30 UTC.
The $55 Global Main - $1,000,000 GTD
The $55 Global Main event is the mid-tier Main Event of the Global Online Poker Championship, awarding Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, a place in the Hall of Champions, and a $1,000,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Day 1 flights for the Global Main are expected to run daily during the GOPC series.
Day 2 of the $55 Global Main will be held on September 21st at 17:30 UTC.
The $11 Mini Main - $250,000 GTD
The $11 Global Mini Main is the entry-level Main Event of the Global Online Poker Championship, awarding Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals, and a $250,000 guaranteed prize pool.
Like the larger Global Main, the $11 Global Mini Main is expected to have daily Day 1 flights.
Day 2 of the Global Mini Main has been scheduled for September 21st.
Medal Events Reward Best Performances
More than 700 Medal Events will run throughout the Global Online Poker Championship, awarding Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals to the top three finishers.
Gold Medal winners receive real awards alongside digital versions in their CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet.
Silver and Bronze finishers also receive permanent Trophy Cabinet awards.
