PokerStars has added some more events to an already epic live events schedule following the successful EPT Prague. More stops on the European Poker Tour, more regional championships, and the highly-anticipated PokerStars Players No Limit Hold’em Championship (PSPC).

Back to Barcelona and Prague

Barcelona and Prague have to be two of the most popular stops on the EPT tour. Hitting the Spanish coast at peak summer and the picturesque Prague in December is as good as it gets.

After a three-year hiatus, the EPT Barcelona will run from August 8 – 21, at Casino Barcelona with plenty of events to choose from, including a €5,300 buy-in Main Event and a €100,000 Super High Roller for the cream of the crop.

The circus will also return to Prague between December 7 – 18 at the King’s Casino Prague where the highlights will be a €5,300 buy-in Main Event and a €50,000 Super High Roller.

Regional Tours

Ireland and Malta are next on the list. After six years off of the schedule, the PokerStars UKIPT will return to Dublin from May 16 - 22 at the Bonnington Hotel.

A month later the action moves to Malta from June 18 - 26 when the Summer Poker Festival Main Event will double up as a joint UKIPT and ESPT event.

Anyone interested in playing in either of these events can satellite in for cheap for as little as €1.10.

PokerStars Players Championship

At the end of the year, everyone’s focus will move over to the Bahamas for a special edition of the popular PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA), running from January 22 to February 3.

From January 30 to February 3 the PokerStars Players Championship will be the main attraction at the new venue in Baha Mar.

Severin Rasset, Managing Director & Commercial Officer, PokerStars, said in a statement: “We have missed our live events as much as our players, so it is our true pleasure to announce the PokerStars Players Championship will take place at Baha Mar in January. Beautiful location, hundreds of qualifiers, with millions to win. If there is one tournament to choose for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it will be the PSPC. We will provide more details soon on how to get your hands on a Platinum Pass - stay tuned!”
