Lara Eisenberg has won the 2021 WSOP Event #22: Ladies No-Limit Hold'em Championship and collected a first-place prize of $115,694. The American outlasted her 642 female rivals, along with just a single male interloper this year, after a gruelling four days of play.

The Ladies NL event is always a special tournament that shouldn’t be missed. Every year the girls come out and give it their best shot and also try to encourage more from the sisterhood to come and give the game a go themselves.It’s become an important part of the year to highlight that more women than ever are playing poker and we shouldn’t underestimate its impact in growing the game.
Eisenberg now has a WSOP gold bracelet to sit alongside her WSOP Circuit ring, and her live tournament winnings is up to $336,302.
Debora Brooke was the runner-up who busted after her top pair found itself outkicked when she was down to her last 14.5 big blinds. Not a lot you can do but the $71,507 for finishing second might have softened the blow.
Speaking after her victory, Eisenberg said: “It’s an absolute dream come true. I came into this event hoping that maybe sometime I would make a final table, and to walk away winning it is an indescribable feeling. The event has been really amazing. It was so much fun. There was a lot of joking around and everyone was really supportive. It was all around just a fabulous event. There were some really tough competitors.”
